You Say Tomato | Letters | Chicago Reader

You Say Tomato

Wow, Michael, I guess you're right [Letters, June 10]. Art really is subjective. Taking a vernacular aesthetic that usually gets you arrested and your work erased and calling it legitimate when it's on rented space and paid for by a cheap body fragrance--sounds kinda like a "bullshit corporate ad" to me.

PS: Liz Armstrong, how much did Jack FM pay you to shill for them?
