The trailers released by Troma Entertainment are often funnier than the movies themselves: they're not burdened by the niceties of plot or character development, and they can shoehorn in more pop-culture references. This anthology film, frankly modeled after Kentucky Fried Movie, begins with several hilarious coming attractions, including a dead-on Scorsese spoof titled Raging Bullshit. Unfortunately, the feature presentation, directed by Charles Kaufman, is a rambling, largely unfunny parody of National Lampoon's Vacation and Married With Children. If you enjoy dogs doing stupid tricks, bears licking women, and gags about gay Indians, you might doze off less frequently than I did. With Gates McFadden, Willie Mays, and G. Gordon Liddy. 88 min.
