I lived in Thailand for 3 years, and I consider this one of the best Thai restaurants in the Chicago area. They have plenty of traditional favorites, like pad thai and tomyum soup, but they also have some things I've never seen anywhere else, such as spinach potstickers (an appetizer) and nutty chicken, a sweet dish with dates, lotus seeds, and almonds.

I highly recommend vegetarians go here. All meat dishes can be made with tofu, and the tofu is a particularly good kind, firm and well cooked. Other dishes that are especially tasty are the ginger chicken (or tofu), the pepper and garlic, and the green or yellow curry. Dishes can be made mild, spicy, or very spicy, so specify what you'd like.

The restaurant has a very informal atmosphere. It is closed on Sunday. They do not serve liquor, but there is a 7-11 next door where you can buy and bring your own. There is always street parking at meters in front of the restaurant. Don't park in the 7-11 lot.
