Three-course prix fixe menu including caramelized onion and short rib soup with white marrow stock and gruyere crostino; pan-seared duck breast with golden beets, farroto, and arugula; and a red velvet doughtnut with mascarpone glaze, amaretti, and malted vanilla ice cream. $40 per person includes a special V-Day cocktail; also available Friday-Sunday.
