A five-course prix fixe ($150, with optional wine pairings for $50) includes foie gras with pain perdu, fruit, and gastrique; onion consomme with a chive gougere; vanilla-poached lobster; and venison chateaubriand. Fifth-course options are chocolate souffle or a hazelnut cream-filled Paris Brest. Haute add-ons include white sturgeon caviar ($130), shaved truffle ($25), or more foie ($20).
