Untraditional Holiday Entrees

Slagel Family Farm's Louis John Slagel joins Markethouse executive chef Scott Walton for a class on choosing and preparing nontraditional holiday entrees. The class includes a demonstration of a pork recipe, snacks from the Markethouse menu, and wine and beer samples. Those staying for dinner get 30 percent off bottles of wine highlighted in the class.
