Tragedy in the Holy Land: The Second Uprising

Denis Mueller's polemical 2001 video argues that Zionism is inherently oppressive: even before he knew where the state of Israel would be located, the movement's founder, Theodor Herzl, had the expulsion of any indigenous population already in mind. Drawing on archival and contemporary film footage, Mueller traces the historical origins of Palestine's tribulations, but his credibility is compromised by selective marshaling of evidence. Palestinian suicide bombers, for example, are never mentioned. 71 min.
