Re: "If Only It Were That Simple..." by Trent Hergenrader, February 27.

Why did Mr. Hergenrader write this article? Its primary thesis seems to be that the movie ending was too long and too wrong. In fact, all it's really saying is that the movie was different from the book. Duh! With three chapters and over eight hours of screen time it was as close as could be expected. A literal transcription would have taken years on the screen.

But that's not my question. Why did you waste a half page on this guy? It's worth only one or two sentences. Is your slush pile that empty? Anything would have been better than this meaningless whining.
