I love this article about Gracie's Cafe. I will forever be grateful for the wonderful opportunity that I received as one of their first employees. I learned a lot of skills as a Barista. I also completed the culinary program at MBC, under the directory of Chef Tonie, where the experience was a challenging but rewarding one. If it wasn't for these wonderful programs, I would not be a successful employee now. Thank you, everyone.
