The tiki bar hosts its first-ever luau and pig roast with Timothy Hollingsworth and Rory Hermann from LA's Barrel & Ashes and Bub City's Christian Eckmann serving as the day's pitmasters. LA mixologist Julian Cox, Xavier Herit of NYC's Wallflower, and the Promontory's Justin Anderson will serve modern twists on tiki cocktails.
