Dear editor:

In his exhaustively researched and reported cover story "The Victims of Victims" [October 1], Steve Bogira painted a graphic story of a murder--answering all of the Ws of journalism's who, what, why, where, when, and how. The story accurately depicts not only the courtroom drama that few people ever witness at the courthouse at 26th and California, but delves into how this innocent child met his fate. It was a fair, balanced, and very readable tale. Kudos to Bogira and the Reader for giving it the space and play it deserved.
