At 5 PM Saturday, March 21, Governor J.B. Pritzker's COVID-19 Executive Order No. 8, aka the Stay at Home order, took effect. Here's a daily-ish journal of how Reader staff, our friends, family—and our pets—are spending our time.

Day 33: April 22

What we’re reading:

What we’re listening to:

What we’re watching:

    • Unorthodox on Netflix, but only once a week, on Wednesdays. Like the old days, when we had to wait for things.
  • Too Hot to Handle on Netflix, in more typical binge form. Fave quote: “Why’d I draw a fucking cat?”
  • Outlander on Netflix
  • The Netflix home screen

What we’re playing:

  • GeoGussr
  • Slack scavenger hunts
  • Tinder, that's a game right?

What we're cooking:

  • Failing at sourdough, currently, but not giving up yet
  • Avocado toast
