Chef Brian Huston's four-course menu includes a chocolate-persimmon salad with pomegranate, prime rib with Yorkshire pudding, and bourbon bread pudding with creme fraiche ice cream. It's $45, with seatings on the half hour between 5:30 and 10:30 PM.
