The entrance to a cave is apparently the title aperture, with assorted skulls and axes accompanying the infernal descent. Italian gore specialist Umberto Lenzi, who's acquired a cult reputation for cannibal themes (Eaten Alive!, etc), directed this 1988 chiller. 90 min.
