The Harding Tavern | Logan Square | Bar/Lounge, Burgers | Restaurant
Solid pub grub, craft beer, and friendly, unpretentious service in Logan Square.

Our Review

This unpretentious sports bar from the folks who own Cafe Con Leche and D'Noche is quietly serving one of the best burgers in town. The kitchen builds its patty from coarse, house-ground, garlic-infused beef, then tops it with peppery arugula, creamy brie, and thick, impossibly smoky slices of Nueske’s bacon, cut to fit the burger so they don’t hang off the sides of the brioche bun. At $11.50 (that’s a la carte—fries sold separately) it’s a splurge for bar food, but a worthy one. Salads change seasonally, and daily beer offerings and food specials are featured on the chalkboard behind the bar. A return visit is worthwhile because there's always something new.
