Chronicling "Lincoln, Nebraska's billionaire first family of dance," this improvised show captures the myriad intricate and ludicrous plot twists of TV soap operas in episodes that both stand alone and hook into its eight-installment summer run. The pensive looks and overwrought interactions so prevalent on, say, Days of Our Lives are gleefully parodied by a dozen-odd performers, with lines delivered to be--as one character put it--"rich-sounding." An audience suggestion of "cat" threw the Davenports (and their rival family, the Halsteads) into adventures involving journeys to Siam and a mixed a drink called the Siamese Shocker, made from PBR and Malibu rum. It's a silly, absurd, dizzying show--but, unlike actual soap operas, you can follow it without help from your Aunt Tammy. --Brian Costello
