To the editors:

A writer to the Reader [July 31] questioned the point of your article about the chaos at Carol Moseley Braun's campaign office [Hot Type, July 10]. The point is the basic personality of one aspiring to be a United States senator. On her best day Braun is a short-memoried, short-fused, and superficial fraud.
