So proud of my cousin and her wife on the success of this new restaurant. Considering the sobering facts about GMO wheat and its addictive and harmful capacities, we could all do with a serious reconsideration of our bread- and pasta-eating habits. Success at such a restaurant, like vegetarian and raw, can spawn more. It's brave to be first. To also be so tasty is sublime! Congratulations! Can't wait to visit Chicago next and eat here!
