This place is awesome! A very authentic Irish bar with tasty, innovative food! First of all, the place itself is very appealing to the eye. Apparently the owner had everything in the place, including all the wood, imported in from Ireland. The food is different, including some interesting choices on the menu. A few of the dishes can be specially prepared without meat (chicken boxty) for those nonmeat eaters. There are a couple of great salmon dishes on the menu. The meals are delicious and huge! Ambience is wonderful. The bar is a friendly, Irish type neighborhood pub atmosphere! Very private booths on the main level for an intimate dinner. The upstairs has a fireplace with seating in front of it for a cozy drink. Definitely glad that McNally's opened up in my town!

Famous Dave's is a good place to bring the family for some down home barbecue. Although I found the menu to be somewhat limited, (there was only 1 fish choice and I don't eat red meat), the rest of the family loved the food. The waitress was almost horrible, though! She was kind of snooty and abrupt; didn't come by the table very often to see if we needed anything, and constantly had this sarcastic look on her face if we asked her any questions. Other than her, the bartender and hostess were very nice. Overall: a good place for basic barbecue, but don't expect any surprises. Probably not the greatest place for healthy eaters.
