Southwest Symphony Orchestra

On Saturday, November 14th the Southwest Symphony Orchestra, under the direction of David L. Crane, presents a program titled Carnival of the Animals. The featured piece will be Carnival of the Animals by Saint-Saens. which will be narrated by Michelle McKenzie-Voigt. Ms. McKenzie-Voigt is a program host for 98.7 WFMT and an associate television director for WTTW Channel 11, where she works primarily on Chicago tonight. Other pieces to be presented are Overture to Nabucco by Verdi and Symphony No. 5 “Reformation” by Mendelssohn. • The concert is located at Trinity Christian College’s Ozinga Auditorium, 6601 West College Drive, Palos Heights. • Ticket prices are $5.00 for students, $15.00 to $19.00 for seniors, adults $19.00 to $24.00, children under 12 are free.
