A panel discussion on legal charges facing political activists who document their protest features Gregory Koger, who was arrested while filming a public meeting of the Ethical Humanist Society; Christopher Drew, an artist who faces criminal charges after covertly taping police officers in the process of arresting him; and their respective lawyers. (Both cases were reported in 2010 issues of the Reader, Koger on 1/14 and Drew on 9/23.)
