Re: “Morton's the Steakhouse

I will probably not go there again unless I'm in a private room. The dining room was way too loud to hear the person sitting across from me, even though there was no one sitting right next to us. I would probably eat in the bar, since that was a lot quieter than the dining room, if push came to shove and I ended up there for dinner again, but it wouldn't be my first choice for a great steak dinner.

Our waiter appeared to cater to large groups of people (mostly men), rather than smaller (two people, i.e. a couple) tables.

Prior to ordering, I asked our waiter whether they served Grand Marnier Souffle for dessert and was advised "Yes, but remind me when you place your order." I forgot to remind him and, of course, he hadn't written it down and, therefore, forgot all about it. That was a disappointment as I was looking forward to having that for dessert. I guess I expected too much from what I had considered a first-class establishment.

Thanks for your time.

Re: “Petterino's

The convenience to the theater was the main reason we went to this establishment; however, I will now be looking for another alternative in the theater district because of the really pricey menu.
