With a script entirely in Latin, this 1976 feature directed by Derek Jarman and Paul Humfress follows the Roman soldier Sebastiane as he is banished from Rome and sent to a barren outpost where men are able to freely engage with one another physically and sexually as they explore their homosexual desires.
