This Chemically Imbalanced Comedy revue is firmly rooted in pop-culture consciousness of holiday stories and songs, whether the performers are singing Christmas carols with lascivious lyrics, presenting Santa as a sex object, or cynically recasting Dickens's A Christmas Carol. The subjects aren't tame, but the comedy is only mildly amusing at best. The most original sketch is Jay Gish's "Good Cop, Bad Santa," in which a stubborn witness sticks to his "'Twas the night before Christmas . . . " statement while under interrogation by menacing thugs. Even this promising offering suffers, however, from the lackluster performances that permeate the rest of a low-energy hour. Through 12/30: Fri 11 PM, $10. Cornservatory, 4210 N. Lincoln, 773-865-7731, $10.
