This plucky little circus show featuring work by the Actors Gymnasium teen ensemble is rough around the edges--and in many of the transitions between acts--largely because all of the interstitial scenes are performed by charming but unpolished preadolescent actors. That's not a drawback, though. The very looseness of the show makes it appealing to younger audience members like my nine-year-old daughter, who wanted to leap onstage to join in. The teen ensemble, meanwhile, pulls off the more difficult facets of the show--myriad daring acrobatics--with breathtaking aplomb. --Jack Helbig
