Re: “How a CPS teacher went from 'excellent' to 'do-not-hire' in one year

Ron Huberman is a politician, just like all the rest of them.
Politics do not belong in the school system!
He has no right to be in the Chicago Public School Sysytem.
There's nothing that proves or provides his credibility as someone who hires and fires as someone pleases.

In the case of a School Teacher, it's the same. There must be a something to accomodate each teacher for working as a teacher, a certificate or diploma to show positive proof that this person can actually teach their students on becoming successful while learning everything they can in the school system and get good grades.

Like I said... something has to be justifiable and within reason to give someone the heave-ho.
You don't just fire someone beacause you feel like it. You fire someone because this person is messing around with the student(s). Then look at the complaints if there's any against the teacher.
Then look at the teaches track record. Then evalauate and give an assessment of their performance.

It's the same when you're in the music business. You hear good things about a music group. Then try out the group at an audition. Then let the crowd watch and hear them perform. If there's a good reaction to the band, then the crowd must decide to bring them back, if they want another standing ovation performance. That's a great perception of how the music group has done the right thing to getting the crowd to rehire the band.

It's the same with school teachers. The educate us, then assist us with understanding the nature of the problem, then help us to solve it with a solution or two.

In this case... Too many wrong peoople are in the education system, like Ron Huberman.
He's a prime example of someone who doesn't belong here.
He was put here because was told he would be in a position that was more suited for him.
Easy for him to handle.

What a joke!
Now our school system is being screwed over because Ron is in the system.
He's not the solution. He's a part of the problem. That's where and how it all begins.

Get rid of him and you'll get rid of most of the problems.
Put an educated person with a masters degree in there and you'll get phenominal results.
Thus, educating the student(s) and nuturing their future.

I'm someone who got gypped out of an education due to uneducated people from Phillips College of Chicago, IL.
They were supposed to return all of the money borrowed from the lenders who were helping me out.
Instead, they returned most of the money, but kepted a portion of it. They're not supposed to keep any of the money, no matter what! It's not their money to begin with. it belongs to a bank or institution.
They didn't tell me I had to pay for the rest. So, they left me in the dark about the matter.
Now I'm screwed and have to pay for the mistake they made. Screw that!

It's the same with Bates and this is what pushes people over the edge and makes us fume at the school system we now have! People who make such grave mistakes don't desrve another chance! It costs lives to become unstable.
No one needs to be bruised or battered without reason. It makes us want to change the system so bad, that we can not phanthom or comprehend why there is so much needed change.

U.S. citizens desrve the best and that speaks in volumes when it comes to getting an education.
If only people knew just how crooked our system really is, then there would be open eyes and ears that would consume every bad person there is and the prisons would be over populated.

Look at Blagovich and Ryan. They eventually got caught and paid the price.
That's what I'm getting at! Take the dirty laundry out of the way and wash it with some really good concentrated soap and wash 'em out real good1 Then hang 'em out to dry.

Oh, Yeah!
