To the editors:

Gee, to hear Bill Wyman ["Freddie's Dead, That's All They Said," May 15] tell it in his "criticism" of the "Concert for Life," to actually like Queen's music you have to be: short, stupid, an undiscriminating foreigner and/or a has-been rock star with a silly haircut or funny mustache.

Maybe you can publish a photo of Bill, so we nonsentient beings can get busy on our make-overs.

By the way Bill, how the hell do you know Freddie Mercury died ashamed? And the 35 million dollars the concert raised? I'd call that AIDS awareness. But what would you call it?
