Imagine the engineers behind Disney's animatronic "Country Bear Jamboree" exhibit teaming up with some crystal meth addicts to stage a musical about which none of them gave a shit. The result might look a lot like this restless yet robotic and dull touring version of Jerome Robbins's 1954 classic. Glenn Casale's perfunctory direction keeps a large cast in near-constant motion, obscuring the show's already confused narrative; Patti Colombo's piddly choreography turns most dance numbers into traffic-flow problems. Although former Olympic gymnast Cathy Rigby has been playing the title role since 1990, she's by far the most engaged performer onstage. Well, she and the lightbulb playing Tinker Bell. The others seem resigned to the tedium. —Justin Hayford
