Our Review

A cross between a classic Chinese restaurant and a diner, Peking Mandarin has a handful of classic Chinese-Korean dishes, most notably rolled, cut, and boiled-to-order noodles in the spicy seafood soup champong and in the earthy black bean cha chiang mian, which happens to be one of the chunkiest versions I’ve run across, with big cubes of pork and onion, shrimp, scallops, and sea cucumber.
