Re: "Addicted to Chess," Friday, April 1, 1988.

I censure Harold Henderson for referring to Pee-wee's Playhouse as some sort of symbol of stupidity and suggest that he be fired. This ridiculous man perhaps has seen the show and has some sort of ideas to back up this unsophisticated theory, or maybe he just heard about it up from one of his misguided friends? Maybe that would be a better idea. Force him to publish a manifesto stating "Why I am smarter than Pee-wee" by Harold Henderson. Or he can explain to us what he watches and why. That would be a real howler. No lying though.
