Since 2004 Plastic Crimewave (aka Steve Krakow) has used the Secret History of Chicago Music to shine a light on worthy artists with Chicago ties who've been forgotten, underrated, or never noticed in the first place.

  • Pedro Bell's Funkadelic album covers include 1973's Cosmic Slop, 1974's Standing on the Verge of Getting It On, and 1978's One Nation Under a Groove.
