Every Friday and Saturday night at midnight, Michael Altenberg's much-hyped certified-organic restaurant Crust serves up a variety of flatbread pizzas for its late-night bar customers. The kitchen picks three or four different pies from the menu--including wild herb and cheese, Italian sausage, and pepperonata--puts them out buffet style, and keeps them coming until 1 AM. --Megan Roberts
