Of Muses, Mentors, and Masquerade is a show of “cast-welded, shaped steel sculptures finished with an electrostatic glaze.” Sculptor, Garland Martin Taylor employs tiny pieces of steel discards from railroad maintenance crews, the construction trades, and the manufacturing industry to make sinuous welded forms that strike a balance between skill and spontaneity.
