Megan Grano's solo show successfully parodies women who can't resist throwing lavish weddings, and the participants who can't afford them. Grano, who's also in the current Second City E.T.C. cast, breathes plenty of bridezilla fire as Maureen, a young woman clearly more interested in the spectacle of herself than in her friends and fiancee--who's absence from the show is its own joke. But Grano's funniest as the bride's not-so-secretly jealous mother, who bitches out the invitation maker, and as a bridesmaid who's in serious debt and can't lose the requisite weight. Some sketches could benefit from tighter editing and sharper timing, but Grano's confidence and professionalism are appealing throughout.--Ryan Hubbard
