We're hanging out celebrating--what else?--the White Sox' World Series championship, and my friends and I are looking around to see if Grandma and Grandpa Hippie Woodstock are in the house. Back when I was still in high school I was visiting my sister in the city. Our plan was to go to a Cubs night game and get some cheap standing tickets; I'd say there were about five of us who ended up going. We decided to take the bus and were waiting at the corner by a stoplight when a small SUV pulled up with a couple in it who were probably in their early 60s. They rolled down the window and asked us if we were going to the game, and when we said we were they asked if we wanted a ride. We were a bit hesitant at first, but eventually we all piled in the back. We were chitchatting with the couple, just small talk, when suddenly the old man looked back at us all squished together and said, "Do you guys smoke weed?" To be continued . . .
