Early seatings for a four-course prix fixe menu by chef Erick Williams are available at 15-minute intervals between 6 and 6:45 PM ($70); late seatings run between 8:30 and 9:30 and include a complimentary champagne toast at midnight ($80). The menu offers your choice of such dishes as Maine lobster, quail, scallops, bronzino, lamb, and chocolate and lemon desserts by pastry chef Amy Sampson.
