I enjoyed reading Jonathan Rosenbaum's review of Monster's Ball [February 22]. As usual, he made some very interesting points. Please let him know that the film does tell us why Sean Combs's character was executed. Buck keeps a scrapbook in which he keeps track of the sentencing. A shot of his collection informs us that Musgrove killed a cop. Perhaps I'm only disputing a technicality in Mr. Rosenbaum's argument though.
