I want your readers to know that octogenarian Lincoln Edmands, habitual letter writer, regular soap-boxer at the College of Complexes, constant ameliorator of unfairness at public meetings in Chicago, died January 5, 1991.

The world has lost one unit of humane society, but has received many units in the persons of those he has softly influenced throughout his life of good will.
