View one of Chicago’s largest murals! A ribbon cutting will introduce the fourth installation of the “Mile of Murals” project, which will span over one full mile. Alderman Joe Moore is scheduled to attend. A party will follow at the Heartland Café featuring complimentary food and beverages. Guests can also enjoy a free art walk from 1-4 p.m. on Oct. 3 and Oct. 10. Meet at Heartland Café. Mile of Murals is a collaboration of the Glenwood Avenue Arts District, Rogers Park Business Alliance, community groups and artists with cooperation from Alderman Joe Moore, CTA and Streets and Sanitation Department.
