Writers Charlie Shanian and Shari Simpson explore familiar territory in this comic survey of relationships. Still, some scenes transcend cuteness and bring a fresh, funny perspective to the experiences of dating fiascos, finding love, and unions gone sour. Directed by Dana Friedman, actors Heather Corallo and Ian Alderman really click as Medea and her decent-guy blind date, as geeks finding nerd love in junior high, and in a film-noir recap of a rocky love affair. Lest we lose sight of romance amid all the awkward and angst-ridden moments, the writers provide a few earnest, sweet bits, a tone enhanced by the charming video interviews of real-life couples played during scene changes. Through 12/18: Fri-Sat 10:30 PM, Sun 3 PM, Prop Thtr, 3502-4 N. Elston, 773-539-7838, $15, $50 "cabaret-table seating" available.
