Re: “Doom & Mos Def, Mike Relm, Qwel & Maker, BBU, Comeups, DJ Rude One, Trew Demchuk & RTC

This show was pure garbage. The entire show was a huge huge delay. We got there around 645 and didnt even see anyone come on stage for nearly 3 hours. Finally a horrible act called BBU came on stage and got boo'ed the whole set. Qwel was refreshing to see and rocked the crowd. Definitely the highlight of the night as far as rappers go. Then Mike Relm came on and was dope. the crowd was into him for sure but this dude was on stage for no joke probably an hour and a half.. way too long. By the time he was done it was almost midnight by then. I can't blame him though, I think he was told to just keep spinnin' because the lazy, unorganized combination of Mos Def and Doom were not even at the venue yet. Fast forward a half hour later and we get word that "mos def is on his way" Wow. Talk about an artist not giving a shit. In the meanwhile, the crowd fills the stage with beers and water and boo's. Finally Mos Def comes on stage and starts performing and doesn't once apologize for the wait. Instead, he tells the crowd to not be hostile and chill. Mos Def you try standing in a packed crowd for 7 hours and see how you like it. After a while, Doom eventually came on stage and the crowd was hyped. That was short lived as people were starting to leave and realize that this was one of those Doom imposters that we have all read about on the internet. People were boo'ing this man and he just left the stage after about 4 songs and never came back. The lights cut back on and the stage for about the 3rd time tonight got rained upon with beer and water. Mos Def should be ashamed to be a part of this con artistry. I was a huge DOOM fan but I will never go to another of his shows and am strictly going to ILLEGALY DOWNLOAD his music for free.
