Margaret Cho fancies herself a comedy renegade in this concert taped at the Warner Theatre in Washington, D.C., though like most stand-ups who decide to go political, her observations are so banal this seldom rises above a liberal bitchfest. (Among her intended zingers: “If you're not a feminist you should kill yourself” and, regarding the red state-blue state paradigm, “Now we have a color-coded map to where all the stupid people are.”) As usual, Cho spends a fair amount of the show sucking up to her gay and bisexual fan base, who respond afterward with gushing reviews in the lobby (she leaves through the back door and departs in a stretch limo). Kerry Asmussen and Konda Mason directed this 2005 release. 90 min.
