Since 2004 Plastic Crimewave (aka Steve Krakow) has used the Secret History of Chicago Music to shine a light on worthy artists with Chicago ties who've been forgotten, underrated, or never noticed in the first place.

  • Little Walter plays his hit version of "Mean Old World" with the Aces in 1952.
  • Louis Myers plays harmonica on this 1956 single.
  • Myers sings and plays harmonica on the title track from his final album, 1991's Tell My Story Movin'.
