As any NU alum knows, the chant heard at Wildcats' games is not "Oh you, NU" but "Go you, NU" [The Sports Section, January 21].

Your writer both misunderstood the chant and then went on to explain its probable origins. Ridiculous! I mean, "Oh you," that doesn't even make sense.

Oh you, kid. "Go you, NU" might make ever so much more sense, but isn't "Oh you, NU" far more sweet? Give it some thought, NU alums, and until then, work on your intonation. In any case, my sincere apologies and 23 skiddoo.
