Re: “William Shatner wrestles with his soul at 4 AM, and this priest has it on videotape

I remember watching a few episodes of "Insight" in the 1970s and was impressed by its emphasis on consciousness rather than faith, which is a very major problem with religious programming and films nowadays. Another great series, even more "lost" than "Insight" was the brilliant and innovative "Marshall Efron's Illustrated, Simplified and Painless Sunday School" which ran on CBS in the mid-1970s. Run on the most shoestring of budgets, Efron injected some great humor in his biblical stories and even aroused controversy doing so. He was the only actor in the series and played ALL roles, male and female, and when the story called for crowd scenes he simply walked in front of the camera back and forth with his image superimposed repeatedly onscreen. If CBS ever gets wise to releasing this series on DVD, I would advise watching it regardless of religious status.

Re: “Occupy LaSalle Street

@Dave: Glad you were able to get three jobs. When you are not able to pay bills, feed your family or take care of a medical catastrophe with the three you currently have, a fourth low-paying benefits-free job will be awaiting you, I'm sure. Good luck!
