We still remember in detail a number of the courses from the dinner we had at Trio when Grant was chef--we had "only" the 8-course menu, rather than the 24-course menu
Henry urged us to try (we couldn't manage the two weeks without food we would have had to suffer prior in order to manage 24 courses!!). That dinner stands out above many fine meals we have had all over the world in the intervening years. Thank you, Henry, for your courage in pushing the boundaries, and Grant, for your incredible talent and for honoring your past roots at Trio! Betsy & Len, from Paris
