Re: “Arco de Cuchilleros

This restaurant possessed an authentic flair. It was tucked away on Halstead in Boystown and was a pleasant surprise when I stumbled upon it. Being a vegetarian, I had no problem finding tapas to eat. In fact, the vegetarian items had excellent flavors. Some of the tapas I order made up in presentation what it lacked in flavor. The long dining room lead to an equal sized patio in the back. The outdoor seating had character and there was no wait. I would anticipate a wait in the winter months as the dining room is not that large. In addition, I went on a weeknight so I am not at leisure to discuss the wait times on a weekend, but I suspect that they do exist. There is a bar in the front of the restaurant where customers could smoke but the policy could have changed.
