Our Review

This Argyle Street bakery offers southeast Asian treats along with European-style layer cakes, cookies, and sweet rolls from a graduate of the French Pastry School. Soft savory buns are a mainstay, with stuffings like barbecued pork, chicken, Chinese sausage, or bean paste. And Peter Yuen's croissants are so exceptional he's represented the U.S. at the World Cup of Baking.
