Kit Kat Lounge & Supper Club | Wrigleyville | Global/Fusion/Eclectic, Music venue, Other performing arts venue | Restaurant
First U.S. outpost of Puerto Vallarta-based restaurant-cabaret.

Our Review

The first stateside branch of this Puerto Vallarta-based chain is chic, with long white leather sofas lining the exposed brick walls and photos of Hollywood stars hanging above stone tabletops. Upwards of 50 flavored martinis are offered, including such kitschy combinations as cherry Coke, root beer float, and banana split (vodka, white chocolate and banana liqueurs, and a splash of vanilla), plus retro cocktails like Rob Roys and gimlets. The eclectic dinner menu has some tropical touches, e.g., the Charro, marinated skirt steak with chimichurri and "fajita-style" pommes frites, or the Tony Curtis, seared salmon with plantain mash, guava barbecue sauce, and mango relish. At the "Big Divalicious Sunday Brunch" featuring diva Madam X, unlimited mimosas or bloody martinis are $10 with the purchase of a brunch entree, which range from pancakes and omelets to "Big Momma's House" chicken and waffles. Kit Kat "divas" also perform evenings.
