Borrowing a page from Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane (i.e., mimickry as a substitute for humor), New Millennium Theatre Company adapts Quentin Tarantino's Kill Bill series for Halloween. Well, "adapts" may be a misnomer—they just restage their favorite scenes while inexplicably wearing Wolfman or zombie makeup. Chad Wise's ensemble perform with all the panache of a fanboy delivering a monologue on YouTube. Somehow, an extended Everybody Loves Raymond parody winds up in the mix—I guess because, at that point, Why not? Missing the opportunity for some decent fight choreography—the only potential up side to the underbaked concept—the cast flail around like the guy in that viral Star Wars Kid video. They seem to be having a hell of a time. If only they'd let us in on the fun. —Dan Jakes
